Terms and Conditions

Scope

  • These Terms apply to all offers, orders, deliveries, and contracts unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

  • A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly commercial or self-employed activity.

  •  Business customers (such as yacht charter companies or resellers) may be subject to additional commercial terms or wholesale agreements.

Conclusion of Contract

  • Product images and descriptions on our website are non-binding invitations to order.

  • By placing an order via the shopping cart and clicking “Buy Now” you make a legally binding purchase offer.

  •  We accept your offer by issuing an Order Confirmation by email. Only then is a contract concluded.

  •  If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Right of Withdrawal

  • You may withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receiving goods.

  • To exercise this right, notify us by email (Insert Email) or contact form.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

  • You bear the direct cost of returning goods, unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

    Refunds

  •  We will refund the purchase price and standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  •  Refunds are issued using your original payment method.

    Exemptions

     

  • Custom-made or personalized inflatables.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons if unsealed.

Inspection of Goods / Transport Damage

  • Please inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

  • If packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the courier upon receipt.

  • Notify us of damage or missing parts within 3 business days by email or phone.

  • Failure to report does not affect statutory rights, but early reporting helps us process claims efficiently.

Prices & Shipping Costs

  • All prices are listed in [insert currency] and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs depend on product size, weight, and delivery destination and are shown at checkout.

  • Oversized inflatables may require special freight handling. You will be notified of these costs separately before final confirmation.

Delivery & Availability

  • Standard delivery times are 2-5 days in the UAE but may vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier.

  • Delivery may be delayed by customs, port authority checks, or international freight schedules.

  • Partial deliveries may be made when practical. Remaining items will follow at no additional cost.

  • If we cannot deliver due to force majeure (storms, strikes, shipping disruptions), we are not liable but will
    inform you promptly.

Payment

  • We accept all forms of payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Goods are shipped only after payment confirmation.

  • In case of bank transfers, goods will be reserved for 3 days. If payment is not received, the order will be canceled.

  • All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.

Retention of Title

All goods remain our property until paid for in full. Before transfer of ownership, resale, pledging, or use as collateral is not permitted.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Products may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Custom orders are excluded unless defective.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless goods are defective or delivered in error.

Warranty & Claims

We provide warranty in accordance with statutory provisions and additional manufacturer warranties, if applicable.

Private Use

  • 1 year warranty on most products.

  • 1 year warranty on custom-made inflatables.

  • Certain materials (e.g., EVA foam decking) limited to 3 months.

Warranty Excludes

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by misuse, sharp objects, improper storage, overinflation, UV exposure, or neglect.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Warranty Process

  • Submit your claim with proof of purchase, photos, and description of the defect.

  • Goods may need to be returned for inspection.

  • Depending on the case, we may repair, replace, or refund.

Safety & Liability

  • Inflatables are designed for leisure marine use only.

  • Always follow safety instructions included with the product.

  • Children must be supervised by adults when using inflatables.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Injuries, accidents, or damage caused by improper use.

    • Use in unsafe weather or water conditions.

    • Overloading inflatables beyond recommended capacity.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates

  • For consumers: mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
