Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving
    payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (UAE) 1-3 business days

  • International: 7-10 business days (varies by destination and customs processing).

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use DHL, Aramex and Local Couriers. You will receive tracking details via email
once your order is dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes
imposed by the destination country.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events
outside of our control (e.g., weather, strikes, public holidays).

photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue.
