Returns Policy

Processing Time

  • You may request a return within 14 days of deliver.

  • To qualify items must be:

    • Unused, clean and in original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be retuned:

  •  Inflatable products that have been used in water.

  • Customized or special-order Items

  •  Clearance or sale items

  • Items without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7days of delivery with
    photographs of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved we will notify by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method with 7-14 business days

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products

Returns Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items os faulty or incorrect

  •  We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
